The 7th cohort of the Emerging Tech Leaders Programme, delivered by TIAS in partnership with IMI, launches in September 2026. Designed for ICT and technology professionals, the programme develops the leadership capabilities needed to complement technical expertise and succeed in today's complex, fast-changing business environment.
Participants will build skills in leading teams, influencing stakeholders, managing change, driving innovation and improving performance. The programme includes a DiSC assessment, one-to-one mentoring, peer learning, a workplace project and a capstone presentation. Graduates may apply for CPD certification from Engineers Ireland.
Delivered over 5 modules (6.5 days) from September to December, the programme equips technical professionals with the strategic, communication and leadership skills required to transition successfully into leadership roles and lead with confidence in an era of rapid technological change.
