The programme bridges the gap between learning and employment by combining technical training with real workplace experience, helping participants become more confident, capable and career-ready.

Put your new skills into practice with one of our industry partner organisations through a structured 20-day workplace placement.
Many employers are also interested in extending placements for up to six months through the Workplace Experience Programme (WPEP), giving eligible participants the opportunity to gain even more valuable industry experience. Employer participation and eligibility criteria apply.
