Unsubsidised Fee: €960 per participant

TIAS Subsidised Fee: €480 per participant (50% subsidy)*

Course Overview

The Lean Practitioner Certification programme provides practical skills and techniques to help professionals improve processes, reduce waste, increase productivity and deliver better business outcomes.

Delivered over four virtual training days, the programme introduces the core principles, tools and methodologies of Lean and provides participants with a structured approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective change.

Participants will learn how to identify waste, analyse processes, improve work areas, apply Lean improvement techniques and use appropriate metrics to monitor progress and results.

The programme has a strong practical focus, giving learners tools and techniques they can apply within their organisation.

PeopleCert Certification

The programme provides a pathway to PeopleCert Lean Practitioner certification, giving participants the opportunity to achieve an internationally recognised Lean qualification.

Learners are provided with the appropriate information to register directly with PeopleCert for the certification examination.

The full course fee of €960 includes examination fees and proctoring. The TIAS subsidised participant fee is €480, subject to eligibility.

Certification Examination

Participants can sit the PeopleCert Lean Practitioner examination following completion of the training.

The examination consists of 60 multiple-choice questions, with a pass mark of 70%.
